Indigenous Sport Queensland is pleased to announce the winners for the 2009 Year in various sports.
Chairman, Wayne Coolwell said the Awards recognise Indigenous Queenslanders on the local, national and International stage.
ISQ will announce winners for the Leigh Ann Goodwin Youth Award, Robbie Williams Encouragement Award and the major Award the “Eddie Gilbert” Medal.
Mr Coolwell said ISQ will also launch the Hall of Fame website on the night.
The website highlights Indigenous sportspeople who have contributed so much to their sport and community,” he said.
