| QUEENSLAND INDIGENOUS GOLF CHAMPIONSHIPS TELEVISED |
The Queensland Indigenous Golf Championship which was contested in March was televised on Foxtel’s NITV last Friday.
The Championship, which is the first to be funded by a State golfing body, was won by India Matthews and Steve Thompson.
Matthews, 13, took out the women’s title after a playoff with Kimberley Crowly and Addi Butorac and Thompson finished ahead of Renton Richie to claim the men’s title for the second year running.
