Details
16 rugby league teams from across Queensland battling it out to see who will be crowned 2009 CQID Indigenous Reconciliation Carnival Champions and share in over $15,000 in prizemoney. ($500 Team nomination Fee). 13-a-side rugby league with each side allowed a 25-man squad for the two-day carnival.
Saturday Games will be 20min halves (40min game). Sunday Semi-finals will be 30min halves (60min game). Sunday Grand finals will be 40min halves (80min game). Each team gets two games on the Saturday and finals are held on the Sunday. $250 prize to the Fastest Player at the Carnival. $250 prize to Player of the Carnival. $150 prizes for Best Back and Best Forward of the Carnival.
